Ford Fiesta 2017 - Present
Summary
The Fiesta has always been particularly popular with Irish drivers and Ford have been careful with this iteration of the car not to change too much from a winning formula. However, it is longer and wider than the previous generation and Ford have utilised the extra space wisely with plenty of head and legroom for occupants. Boot space is plentiful at 290 litres and can even be extended by dropping the rear seats. The cabin has typical Ford levels of refinement, the centrepiece of which is the 'floating' centre touchscreen display which comes equipped with all the latest touchscreen technology. There is a reassuring clunk when doors close and a nice solid click to the dashboard buttons. All models come with air conditioning, automatic headlights and safety features such as lane departure warning. Petrol power is still king in this model, namely in the shape of the 70 ps 1.1 litre variant.
