Lexus NX 300h 2014 - Present
Summary
The Lexus NX 300h is regarded as one of the best of what is an increasingly crowded fully electric class. This self-charging hybrid engine is excellent around town and can deliver upward to 48 miles per gallon. The 2.5 litre, four-cylinder petrol electric engine operates smoothly and without fuss. For a car that looks quite futuristic on the outside, the interior is remarkably sedate but in a classy, minimalistic way with high-quality materials and a great driving position. There are typically Lexus levels of equipment too with heated leather upholstery, climate control, LED headlights and adaptive cruise control coming as standard. It is practical too with 475 litres of space in the boot and plenty of room in the rear.
