Seat Arona 2018 - Present
Summary
The Arona does not differ in size much from the Ibiza, which is no bad thing. But the extra height it does have pays off in the form of headroom and all-important boot space. With 400 litres of space the Arona's boot is one of the largest in it class and that is without taking into account the handy false-floor or acres of extra room you get by folding the split rear seats. The front of the cabin is simple, fuss free and ergonomically excellent without getting you on the seat of your pants at any stage. There is a good choice of engines that includes a 1.6 litre diesel variant, a 1.5 litre TSi petrol or a 1 litre turbo petrol. We are fond of the latter petrol variant in particular for its cheap tax and easy to insure residuals. The steering is sharp and responsive and you would have no qualms about throwing this car around some tight bends, quite Ibiza-like actually!
