2013 (132) SEAT Ibiza

This generation of Ibiza was a mould breaker for Seat in several respects. Firstly (and most obviously) there is the styling which is quite dramatic looking for a hatchback and certainly stands out from the crowd. Then there is the price and the Ibiza was one of the most competitively priced hatchbacks on the market in this guise. There is a decent level of standard equipment that includes MP3 compatibility and an AUX socket (not as common as you would think) while there is also a great driving position thanks to the multiple levels of adjustment in the drivers seat and steering wheel. There is a decent amount of space on board especially in the boot where you can fold the seats down flat to accommodate bulkier items. It has a sporty drive with a slick gearchange and quite firm suspension. Avoid the 1.2 petrol if you can but all other engine variants are tried and trusted.
