While Volvo might traditionally be more well known for their estates they have also been making some serious inroads into the SUV market. If you liked the look of the XC90 but do not need quite so much space, the XC60 might be for you. The shorter dimensions make it more suited to those living in urban areas. The cabin feels simple, elegant yet sophisticated in a typically Scandinavian way. While not the biggest in its class, there is still 505 litres of space in the boot and the lack of a load lip makes it ideal for ferrying bulky items. There is plenty of space on board for occupants especially in the rear where there is ample head and leg room. Equipment levels are generous and climate control, heated leather seats, auto wipers, cruise control and a ten-inch touchscreen infotainment system come as standard. There is a choice of three engines, two 2.0 litre diesels and a hybrid. The eight speed auto gearbox offers seamless power uptake with minimal lag.
Plenty of storage spaces, cubby-holes and USB ports
